We offer guests an a la carte selection of bespoke Four Star officially-rated not self-rated bespoke residential apartments. Each apartment features custom interiors and its own distinct style and aesthetic. Guests are encouraged to select the apartment that best suits their needs: ranging from 1 Bedroom to 2 Bedroom in Deluxe or Penthouse-style Apartments.

L O C A T I O N

LIVERPOOL 16 is a Daryl Jackson Architects residential development located in Liverpool Street, a lane way in the heart of the historic Bourke Hill precinct and Melbourne dining and theater precinct in the highly sought after Paris End of the Melbourne CBD.

This property has been our primary location for almost 11 years, since construction of the property was completed in 2006.

The LIVERPOOL 16 property features 86 residential apartments over 11 floors, with limited underground basement level car parking accessible from the rear of the building in Harwood Place. The building is located in the heart of the Historic Bourke Hill Precinct adjacent to Spring Street - near the 'Paris End' of Melbourne city. This is the most highly sought after end of the city and Guests to this area will find themselves literally only meters from some of Melbourne's most iconic sights and renowned restaurants, cocktail & wine bars, theaters, and cafes.

For those spending time in the city to be close to Melbourne's top hospitals, Liverpool 16 is positioned in very close proximity to St Vincent's Hospital and The Peter MacCallum Cancer Center in East Melbourne - making the location very convenient for patients during recovery or treatment, and also any friends or family, requiring accommodation during treatment.
