Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed We booked this property four months in advance. Paid the deposit plus final payment and bond a month in advance. Emailed owner to advise that money had been transferred. The day before we were to arrive, we were told the property was double booked. We were from interstate and had booked on one the most busiest weekends in the Melbourne calendar. Three properties were offered to us. These were certainly not of an equal or higher standard as promised. Most accommodation was booked out due to the AFL Grand final. When I suggested the owner compensate us so that we were able to stay in the city, she refused and told us that they were not a hotel. My family was so bitterly disappointed and will not even consider staying at this property ever again. I will not be recommending it either! I do not place any trust in this owners ability to run a property. When something like this happens you don't just say "I will give you your money back". You ruined our trip and you did not even care!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Location The townhouse is simple with the decor a bit outdated. Having said that it was comfortable and had everything we needed, except salad servers. We had some issues with the internet and barbeque which were fixed promptly. Location is good with quick access to the city and shops. It's a narrow street, however parking was never an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great house. Well equipt and conveniently located Wonderful house that is very easy to live in. Very conveniently located close to great coffee shops and eateries. Accessing Melbourne CBD was easy. Everything worked in the house, the mid stay clean was a great bonus, the house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable a great time was had by all my family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Property, Great Location Had a great stay and would recommend it. Really nice house and good location.Good restaurants walking distance, 7-11 2 mins away, public transport 10-15 mins stroll. There were 3 x couples and enough room for us all. Was suppposed to be One King, Two Queen rooms but one room had 2 x singles so we just pushed them together. It was very hot in Melbourne and 2 of the bedrooms had air con but the other didnt so was a bit hot at night for the people in that room, bedrooms are upstairs so you can open the doors but be good if they had even just a fan.
