Unique Warehouse Conversion Apartment, conveniently situated on the edge of Richmond and East Melbourne, a nice walk to MCG and sport/entertainment venues.

Top floor - master bedroom with ensuite with a queen bed, shower over spa-bath. Mezzanine floor has 2 sofa beds.

TV room with 3 seater and sofa bed. Ground floor-two bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds, Bathroom and Euro laundry. This is a large property over four levels, with high ceilings and natural light.

We provide linen and towels. This is a home away from home. Let us know if you have a special request. We have a NO SHOES INSIDE policy.

For children/babies we provide highchair and porta cot. Bring your cot linen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Stay! An awesome property located in a great location, 5 minute walk to the G, and the very vibrant Bridge Road and Victoria Street. We had Plenty of space even with 10 guests, the spacious kitchen and dining area is great for entertaining. I would highly recommend the Regency Warehouse to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Warehouse in great location The Regency was a conveniently located and perfectly presented property that served our family well on our recent visit to Melbourne to see Cats. We had 8 of us staying including 4 kids and we were all accommodated well with 4 bedrooms all with good quality bedding. 2 huge bathrooms with a spa bath that my wife enjoyed and lots of nice toiletries. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and comfortably fitted our large family. The house is nicely decorated and furnished. The location only 5 mins walk to the beautiful gardens in East Melbourne and the City was a bonus. We would stay there again next time we come to Melbourne.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC LARGE HOUSE This massive warehouse conversion has a cool vibe and retro notes. Well located within 5 mins walk to Melbourne, train and tram stop around the corner, comfortable facilities and fully equipped for the whole group of 10 of us. The Victoria Street asian restaurants and supermarkets made it easy and affordable. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC PLACE!! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Regency Warehouse! It was close to public transport, eateries as well as grocery stores which allowed us to cook and cater for ourselves for the entire stay. It comfortably accommodated our family of 9 and had everything we needed. Heaps of extra blankets provided! If we ever return to Melbourne, we will be sure to book this place again! An absolutely great place to stay, thankyou!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a Place !! Excellent Facilities in an awesome location !! Walking distance to fine dining and public transport, extremely convenient. With the Residence fully self contained, there was no issues with self catering for times you felt like staying in. With 10 bodies staying in the "Warehouse", it was surprising the amount of space to relax and kick back.
