Spectacular city views are the backdrop to this beautifully presented one bedroom apartment, ideally positioned for Melbourne’s CBD Downtown, Southbank and Docklands. For comfort and convenience in the heart of Melbourne, this stylish apartment is the perfect choice.
Enter the apartment and to the right, you’ll find a well-appointed bathroom with attractive wood-panelled design touches. A short corridor featuring a gallery of artworks brings you to a good sized bedroom with a queen bed and mirrored wardrobes.
The corridor then flows through to a spacious, light-filled open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Tastefully furnished, the space incorporates a study area. Netflix is available on a large flat screen TV. The streamlined kitchen includes a dishwasher, 4 electric hotplates, under-bench oven, glass splashback, stone bench-top, and ample storage. Wall-sized glass sliding doors lead to a covered, generously sized balcony with an outdoor sofa, overlooking Melbourne’s Yarra River and the Crown Entertainment complex.
Located in the heart of Melbourne, the city’s iconic trams are literally on your doorstep, or it’s only a short walk to both Southern Cross and Flinders Street train stations. You’re close to major sporting and entertainment venues, the casino precinct, art galleries, and Southbank eateries.
Right below the apartment, you’ll find a 7 11 convenience store, Dominos, Nandos, Indian and Korean restaurants, as well as a bottle shop and coffee shop. Many of Melbourne’s major shopping retailers are within walking distance.
You will also receive a 25 off at La Spaghettata Restaurant 238 Lygon St Carlton when you mention you are a guest of this apartment :
This is a growing neighbourhood in Melbourne s CBD just across from the spectacular Crown Casino and a few minutes walk from the Docklands precinct. The Melbourne Aquarium is a stone s throw away, there is a huge clothes and goods outlet at Southern Cross station, and everywhere you go are Melbourne s wonderful cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants.
Remember to head to Little Italy, Carlton s Lygon St, and visit one of the most established and respected restaurants, La Spaghetta, which my family has owned and run for 40 years
Given how central this apartment is, everything is a short stroll away. A tram also runs right by the front door and the two major train stations Flinders St and Southern Cross are 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Other things to note:
Please bear in mind you’re in the heart of the city with its accompanying ambient noise, but its minimal and part of the colour of the area. You may also be aware of the quiet rumble of trains as they travel under the apartment block, but you’re high up in the building so it’s barely noticeable, if at all.
An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
