This is a two-bedroom apartment: with a queen bed and a single bed/day bed all the robes are in the queen bedroom; and there is also a fold-out bed in the living area if needed.

Rates vary enormously based on length of stay, special event periods, number of guests and specials that we run from time to time. For example, a short stay around Christmas can have a higher daily rate than a longer stay in winter. We charge extra for special event periods. This website is unable to show this in full. We show the base rate here, rather than rates for various week days, as we do not charge extra for weekends etc. So please ask us for a quote. We always reply quickly.

Interim cleans are done for stays longer than 14 nights.
Car parking is available nearby for a small fee. Monthly rates are as little as about $10/day.

Pets are allowed in many of our properties, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which will be pre-authorised not charged to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure subject to damage check. For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00
Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.
