A freshly renovated, completely clean, bright, light, stylish and relaxing apartment in the very heart of bustling busy Melbourne CBD. Opposite Flinders Street Station and Federation Square, with free trams outside the door, and walking distance to restaurants, galleries, sports, shopping and more.
Although the building is in the heart of the action, the apartment has a quiet outlook onto Flinders Lane, and is quite high up level 11. There is little street or city noise to interrupt your sleep.
Triple stage security and onsite reception make this a safe and easy accomodation choice.
The kitchen has basics for independent cooking. No-one ever does, though... it's the middle of Melbourne
There is a Nespresso coffee machine and pods, a brimming bowl of coffee sachets, tea bags, hot chocolate chai, etc, on the bench, some cereals and snacks in the pantry, and fresh milk, butter, filtered water and a sneaky wine in the fridge.
There will be clean towels, body and hand wash, and shampoo and conditioner for you to use, plus a cabinet full of the sorts of things that are handy in a bathroom, in case you've forgotten an essential.
There is an electric flame heater, the smart TV is huge, and there is a draw full of good DVDs if you want to curl up on the couch in the fluffy plush robes and stay in
Please be aware that the apartment is studio style - that is, there is no separate bedroom. The bed configuration is; one brand new Miracoil pillow top double bed, the 3 seater feather couch made up into a single bed, if you are a threesome, plus a high quality auto-inflate single bed made up and ready, if there are 4 of you.
If you are a twosome but require separate beds, please contact me for pricing.
Public transport is a breeze in Melbourne, and the trams are free in the CBD. You're staying on the corner of the two main thoroughfares of Melbourne Flinders and Swanston Streets so just hop on any tram that is passing to cruise around the city.
