Our family owned and managed apartment is well located opposite Southern Cross Rail Sataion on the corner of Collins Street & Spencer Street

Easy access to all public transport.

The queen bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, built in robes and a wall mounted TV.

The second bedroom is a double also with built in robes and a floor to ceiling window.

This bedroom has toy boxes for visiting children to explore and the bedroom of preference for setting up the cot if requested.

A fully self contained kitchen features European appliances and user friendly pod coffee machine with a selection of pods.

The refrigerator is stocked with complimentary cheese & biscuits along with a bottle of Mornington Peninsula wine non alcoholic available on request plus a couple of locally brewed beers, also provided are the ingredients for a cooked breakfast.

The slide out pantry is stocked with adequate breakfast condiments, selection of teas, sugar, salt & pepper etc

The living area TV features a built in blue ray DVD player with a selection movies, Xbox 360 with a range of games plus platinum Foxtel. Enjoy the board games and a selection of current magazines during a quiet evening . Free wifi.

The dining table offers seating for four people. A high chair is available on request.

A Small balcony houses an electric BBQ.

Includes free use of the swimming pool and gym, beach towels are provided for use at the pool and spa.

The bathroom features a walk in shower plus a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Full laundry facilities are provided within the apartment complementary detergent is provided

We do provide one free secure off street car space within the apartment building maximum height 2.1 Mt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property We would recommend this property to friends and family.Sue makes you feel at home.The property has everything you need when you are on holiday.It is central to everything. The southern cross train station is a 5 minute walk if you are catching the sky bus to the airport.Thankyou sue for an awesome stay

The apartment was of a very high standard and location was great with trams out the front of the building and the Southern Cross train station just across the road. A short walk to South Wharf and the Casino. The apartment itself was presented at a very high standard which we found to be very comfortable and felt like a home away from home with some items included that were very much appreciated. Sue the owner was very helpful and very accommodating with our arrival time. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne - we will back for sure when next in Melbourne.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great spot right in the heart of the city! Stayed here with my partner and 2 six year old boys. Apartment was clean and well stocked with complimentary food and drinks. The boys loved the extra touches of the toy boxes, chocolates on their pillow and had a ball in the pool. Sue was very attentive and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Great location, we walked or trammed it to all of our activities. Will stay again, thanks Sue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely perfect The apartment was ideally located, beautifully kept and well equipped. Sue was so helpful and friendly. Little touches, such as providing food for breakfast and a bottle of bubbly made it extra special. We were all very comfortable staying there and I would definitely recommend it. Am intending to go back again later this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exemplary This apartment is nothing short of amazing. There is nothing our wonderful host Sue did not do, to make our stay so enjoyable. From the time of our booking, Sue made sure that our requests were met,and nothing was to much trouble for her. The fridge was stocked with everything you could imagine, there was no mad dash to the supermarket to stock up with supplies, as Sue has everything you need supplied as part of the tariff. I have never stayed anywhere in the world that could come close to the comfort of apartment 1007. No hesitation in recommending to others who may be thinking of booking, I promise you will be amazed at the facilities that are offered when you book 1007/620 Collins Street.
