Rowanberry is a classic 1930's farm cottage, set in a beautiful 1.5 acre mature rambling garden of mature gum, many oak and pine trees, attracting a spectacular range of native wildlife, black cockatoos, king parrots, ringtails and if you are lucky koalas.

A central country kitchen defines the interior, with a free standing gas cooker and stove and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles beds. There is a further bedroom with a queen bed, this has a separate entrance, at the front of the house.
A snug lounge with open fireplace, television, DVD and music.
There is a traditional bathroom, with a bath and shower above the bath, also a separate toilet and laundry room.
French doors from the rear of the house open to a large deck area, with outdoor table and chairs, a hammock and gas BBQ.
A herb garden with many fresh herbs, at the base of the deck, you are welcome to use.
Pets are welcome by arrangement, the garden is fenced and there is a gate at the front of the house.

Beautiful beaches for swimming, surfing, snorkelling and rockpools - Point Leo, Shoreham, Flinders, Tea Tree Bay, Bushrangers Bay, the blowhole near Flinders.
Your neighbours are vineyards, Stonier, Merricks Estate, and the Merricks General Store.
Enjoy hunting for quality produce at the farm door - fruit and veg, wine, beer, cheese, farmers markets and mushroom hunting.
Restaurants include Montalto, The long Table, Flinders Hotel.
Horse riding, equestrian centres and trail rides.
Golf Peninsula links courses - Flinders, St Andrew's beach, The Dunes, and Moonah.
