Very well set up apartment with everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Easy walk to the tram for the half an hour trip into the city. We were spoilt for choice for places to eat on the nearby shopping strip. The view from the apartment was ever-changing and amazing.

Location, location, location. Exceeded expectations with the presentation of the apartment only exceeded by the view. Grab it when available, it won't be for long.
Very close by in High Street, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a lively music scene as well. For more great restaurants, cafes, bars and a brilliant cinema visit Westgarth village, only a short stroll down High Street. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.
Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.

Rates vary enormously based on length of stay, special event periods, number of guests and specials that we run from time to time. For example, a short stay around Christmas can have a higher daily rate than a longer stay in winter. This website is unable to show this in full. We show the 7-night rate here, because this is our normal, minimum stay. We may have shorter stays available though. So please ask us for a quote. We always reply quickly.
A small fee is charged for the use of the foldaway and/or sofa bed at $25/night. A cot and and high chair can mostly be provided for free; BYO linen. No hidden fees or taxes. Surcharges are added to these standard rates for special event periods.
This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 3 days.
Lower rates are available for longer stays.
Longer minimum stays apply for bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Please enquire with us before sending a booking request.
Rates allow for up to 4 people in the two queen beds.
