Our bright, colourful and quiet 2 storey town house is situated on the edge of the beautiful Royal Park Parklands in Parkville It is perfectly located just a few kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and walking distance to the iconic Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Zoo and the Royal Park Gardens. With both a tram stop and train station just 50 meters from the house you have quick, convenient transport direct to Melbourne City. And when your done you can simply retreat back to your relaxing home to unwind in the beautiful courtyard or watch a movie on Netflix Our town house is extremely comfortable and family friendly with a beautiful and colourful living space down stairs. There is exposed brick walls and lots of warm natural timber with a Tasmanian hard wood floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and dishwasher. The living space down stairs opens up to a charming courtyard garden through double timber French doors which fully open to extend the lounge and dining room all the way into the courtyard. The courtyard garden is paved in natural slate stone, full of wonder plants and flowers and a shaded outdoor setting to relax on. The entrance to the house is very secure via a number coded door which allows 24hr keyless entry meaning you can checkin anytime day or night. There is also off street parking for one vehicle. There are 3 newly carpeted bedrooms with plenty of natural light and comfortable decor and bedding providing you with everything you need for a pleasurable stay. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the main and second bedrooms and ducted heating throughout the house. The 3rd Room or kids room has a double bunk bed and we also have a cot, high chair and baby bath if you have young ones. Being a two storey town house we can supply a safety gate at the top of the stairs if required to ensure your toddlers are safe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which is also a relaxing spa bath The laundry is fully functional with a front load washing machine and there is also a second toilet down stairs. Guests will have private, uninterrupted access to the entire home during their stay. If you have a vehicle there is a car space for off street parking, however it probably would not fit a large 4WD type vehicles as it is not a huge space but there is parking directly on the street if needed. There is a relaxing spa bath in the bathroom, a fully functioning kitchen to prepare meals and a complete laundry with washing machine. You also have complementary tea and an espresso coffee There is FREE broadband wifi internet to use as well as FREE Netflix movies and shows to enjoy anytime you wish.
