Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic stay! The house is perfect clean and absolutely high quality with classy hardwood furniture. You will come back soon for another stay! Ideal location to access to all sttractions and very convenient close to every thing cross road shoppoing to midnight.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice house needs a good clean This house is in a good location, close to shops, doctor's practice, 25 min from inner Melbourne. We stayed with a large group, there was a miscommunication about how many bedrooms we had confirmed, so we had to wait for a few hours to get it sorted, and still did not get the correct number of beds, so had to put down airmats for the kids. Then we began to notice that not everything was as good as the photos. The outdoors needs a good clean and hose down to get rid of dust and spiderwebs, the inside floor tiles are dull and sticky, there is dust in many corners, the windows are dirty, the kitchen mirrors are covered in finger marks, the walls are scuffed, the inside of the kitchen cupboards are very dirty, we didn't dare to use the dishes without running it all through a hot soapy wash first, and the bins were already overflowing when we got there, so we had to take them into the garage to keep the crows from making more of a mess. To top off the bad side, we had a cockroach in our bed, and there was one in the upstairs bathroom too. On the good side, there is a good washing machine, rust aside, with a well positioned washing line, which we put to good use. The entertainment room was a hit with the kids. Peter was good to deal with, the cleaners on the day were apologetic, but the place needs more than a surface spray, it needs a deep clean and a pest control treatment... sorry I cannot be more positive, but with the list of rules we were given, we expected better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent & Superb Accommodation Thank you Jack, Peter & Alex for allowing our large group in this superb house. We really enjoyed our 13 nights stay at Point Cook during XMAS and New Year. Both houses 1 & 2 exceeded our expectation and the owners are very helpful and assist us with all our concerns. I recommend this house to group tours visiting Melbourne. The location is ideal with available public transport to both Hoppers Crossing and Williams Landing train station. Point cook town is just 3 mins walk. Once again thank you Jack, Peter & Alex for providing and maintaining such a stunning, fabulous and enjoyable accommodation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful House This home is beautiful! The pictures are an accurate representation of the house, comfortable, clean & well decorated. Alex was accommodating and welcoming. The location is ideal at center of the most of major attractions with no trip wasted. Shopping and food court, cafe and restaurants just a few steps away, very convenience. There was quiet at night so we could enjoy good sleep. We wish we could stay here forever and greatly enjoyed spending a week in this home.

It's a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores open to midnight. The house was very clean and spacious. We had our 12 people, and we never felt cramped. The kitchen is well-equipped. The wifi worked great. We would definitely stay here again!
