-1 modern kitchen well equipped with a range of modern kitchen appliances toaster, kettle, coffee maker, generous two-door modern refrigerator and a microwave oven, rice cooker etc., and Stone bench-top with meal area and stools

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful House This home is beautiful! The pictures are an accurate representation of the house, comfortable, clean & well decorated. Alex was accommodating and welcoming. The location is ideal at center of the most of major attractions with no trip wasted. Shopping and food court, cafe and restaurants just a few steps away, very convenience. There was quiet at night so we could enjoy good sleep. We wish we could stay here forever and greatly enjoyed spending a week in this home.

It's a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores open to midnight. The house was very clean and spacious. We had our 12 people, and we never felt cramped. The kitchen is well-equipped. The wifi worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Starting off on a positive note - This property is relative cheap, has a fabulous location, amazing space and great bedding configurations! There was however some issues...Our arrival was delayed by an hour or so due to cleaning still taking place. The cleanliness was still not great and there appeared to be no suitable cleaning tools to help tidy up when needed-a full size broom would be useful! The house clearly needs a lot of maintenance....gardens are overgrown, lighting/heater/toilets had issues. Some of the beds were broken or old and sagging. We didn't even look like having enough towels - 5 towels for 7adults and 3 kids + a baby, fortunately we had packed a few of our own so that got us by. We were contacted a few times regarding various things....bringing in linen/tradesmen/when we were leaving which was not ideal when on holidays. The bins were all full upon arrival-waste disposal is a massive issue! It was noted we should try the bins at the local takeaway across the road but when investigated they were locked and clearly not for our use! As we stayed for a week we had to attempt some washing-there was no dryer and clothesline was falling off the wall. A clothes airer was there but it was unsuitable for our washing. We ended up buying one from the store. However, we did have a great holiday and with a bit of cleaning and some maintenance I'm positive this could be a fabulous rental property.
