For example, a short stay around Christmas can have a higher daily rate than a longer stay in winter. This website is unable to show this in full. We show the weekly rate here, rather than rates for various week days, as we do not charge extra for weekends etc, and our minimum stay here is normally 7 nights. So please ask us for a quote. This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Bookings made well in advance have longer minimum stays.
Lower rates are available for longer bookings, and for stays that are booked well in advance.

Pets are allowed in many of our properties, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.
We require a minimum security bond of $500, which will be pre-authorised not charged to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure subject to damage check. For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00
Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay... We stayed at Port Melbourne for over 6 weeks and could not fault a thing. Me and my family temporarily relocated for work reasons and were so happy to have chosen this place to stay. This is in a great location, only a block from the beach and all the shops you need are at your doorstep. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Chris was also fantastic in helping us with whatever we needed during our stay.

Excellent location, fantastic apartment. We had lovely 2 week stay at Port Melbourne, January 2013. The location is fantastic on the main street of Port Melbourne with lots of restaurants and shops to check out. There's also a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment is lovely and very well stocked. The balcony has stunning views. A great place to stay
