The Apartment building underwent a massive redevelopment to preserve the heritage facade of the building from the 1800’s when it was an old brewery. Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens, create that relaxing away from it all feel. Peace and serenity as you do laps of the Communal pool or work out in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg, no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. As there is no grassed area for this apartment guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. A $40 fee applies.
Meet and Greet
Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment and welcome you. There is a $45 meet and greet fee applied to your total booking cost however if you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply.
After hours Concierge fees are as follows:
6pm – 9pm $60
9pm – 12am $90
After midnight $100-$150
Any delays not notified in advance at least 1 hour before scheduled arrival will incur an additional $70 call out fee.
The mandatory $45 will be used as credit towards to any of the above after hours Concierge fees incurred.
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.
If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:
Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses, Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.
Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
