We offer a 24 hour check-in service. If the property has a guest departing at 11am then check-in can be arranged for anytime after 2pm. If it is vacant the night before we are more than happy to arrange an earlier check-in time. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.
Upon arrival, we will be there to meet you, check you in and provide you with keys and also give you an introduction to the building and your apartment. If you have any questions we are more than happy to help you. A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is required upon arrival in order to check in.
Secure on-site undercover car-parking is available in most of our properties, providing you with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you please. Car parking charges may apply so please ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so please ensure you mention that you need a car space when booking.
There are some limitations regarding the size of car that we are able to accommodate - the maximum vehicle height is 1.7m, Length 4.9m andWeight of 2 tonne.

Your apartment is designed to be totally self-contained with all linen and towels, a washer and dryer and a vacuum cleaner provided. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional cost. Please enquire upon booking. We will provide you with a starter pack of toiletries.

Getting to Port Melbourne by tram is on 109 to Port Melbourne from Collins Street and takes about 11 minutes.
