Just a stone’s throw from the Yarra River, Bellevue is located in a treelined area with historical buildings and quintessential Richmond streetscapes, with both parklands and the city on your doorstep.
Enter into the arched central hallway accessing the 3 double bedrooms, the master with king bed, 2nd with Queen and 3rd with two singles, sleeps 6 and the generous central bathroom with separate toilet. All beds have freshly ironed linen just like a hotel Walk through to the well equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining area and then out through the French doors onto the expansive undercover rear deck with BBQ and generous backyard.
Bellevue is conveniently located close to the best that Melbourne has to offer; the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, AAMI soccer and rugby stadium, Federation Square, Arts Centre, Galleries, "Jeff's Shed" & Convention Centre, The Botanical Gardens and the CBD are all a short tram or train ride, cycle or walk away. Walk to some of the Melbourne’s best gastro pubs and restaurants including Gary Mehigan’s Fenix, St. Katherine's and Union Dining on Swan St, have a drink by the river at the nearby Amora Hotel Riverwalk or discover the mecca for designer outlet shops in Bridge Rd and Swan Street. Add to that the ultimate shopping experience in Chapel Street South Yarra, which is also easily accessed by tram. Occasionally we allow outdoor pets, at the our discretion. Stays with pets will incur an additional $40 cleaning charge as, no matter how well behaved, we always find a little extra cleaning is required.
NB: Please note that due to our quiet neighborhood location Bellevue on the Park is not to be used for parties and that you keep noise to a minimum especially on week nights. Excessive noise will result in the loss of your bond.

You will be e-mailed confirmation information including directions for finding Bellevue on the Park and all access details including the keylock code. Arrive at any time after 2pm check-in and let yourself in via the pin activated keylock safe.
