Richmond Glasshouse is a comfortable 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom, pet friendly home which offers superb accommodation for up to 5 guests. It is located in a small street, in the vibrant city fringe suburb of Richmond and is ideal for an extended stay whether business or pleasure.
The lower level of the home features a lounge area to the front which leads down the hall to a single bedroom with ample light provided by the adjacent internal courtyard, a powder room, laundry and charming open plan dining and kitchen area. Double doors open to the delightful courtyard, offering privacy, greenery, and a feeling of being in your own little world.
The front living area allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the kitchen and has the type of leather couches that allow you to sink in, and just relax while enjoying Foxtel on the large TV screen. But, if you are the one left in the fully equipped kitchen rest assured we have thought of you too as there is a TV you can watch. The dining area features a retro Parker dining table with chairs that were built for chatting over long dinners.
The second level has two bedrooms separated by a good sized clean and tidy family bathroom with both a shower and bath. Both bedrooms have their own balcony, queen beds and built in robes.
This great location offers easy access to the CBD, eastern and northern suburbs and of course, all the shopping, cafes & restaurants that Richmond offers. The property has complimentary internet, a phone for local calls, and ducted heating and cooling throughout.
