Enjoy quiet, elegant, self contained accommodation within walking distance of the MCG, Royal Botanic Gardens, Rod Laver Tennis Arena and the bustle of bridge road shops and restaurants. Epworth hospital is a short walk away. A two minute walk to the tram stop on Bridge Road and a ten minute walk to Richmond train station. WI-FI internet provided.
There is on street parking available, a permit will be provided. A third person can be accommodated on the fold out sofa in the sitting room however there will be an extra cost for this. The bath in the bathroom is famous It is the former archbishops bath from Bishopscourt, a heritage listed large colonial mansion in East Melbourne that has been used as the residence for all of Melbourne's Bishops and Archbishops since its completion in 1873.
Full and exclusive access to the cottage; bedroom, kitchen/dining room, sitting room and bathroom. No one else will be occupying the cottage. Owner lives in a separate residence at the back of the cottage and is available to answer any questions.
