This stylishly refurbished apartment accommodation is in a sprawling, renovated and refurbished home at 23 Lower Plenty Road, Rosanna; only minutes from Heidelberg and Ivanhoe. It has a great privacy aspect, with no immediate neighbours. There are UP TO six parking spaces on site, plus street parking around the corner just nearby.
The house is located close to downtown Rosanna, which is a one-minute walk to the train station. The Rosanna shopping strip is home to many vibrant cafes and eateries. Take your pick; we have Italian, Thai and Chinese restaurants.
Rosanna is a lovely leafy suburb of Melbourne. It has great parks, shops and a 'family feel' neighbourhood. You can grab yourself one of Melbourne's best coffee's down at the MANY local cafes including 'Miss Marie's' and take a stroll in Rosanna Parkland and jogging track.

Transport from the airport is easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then cross over to the Eltham/Hurstbridge metro train line. Get off the train at Rosanna station. From there, you have the option to walk 600m up the hill or get a bus the 517 to Northland or take a short taxi trip if you have lots of bags.
It’s about a $70 taxi ride from Tullamarine Airport and 12 km from the centre of Melbourne.
You can walk to the Melbourne to Hurstbridge train line which stops at Jolimont for Melbourne Park and the MCG, where there are lots of sporting venues including the Australian Open, AFL Grand Final and the cricket at the MCG. The express train takes only 15 minutes to reach Flinders St Station in the city. The ‘all-stations’ train is a 29-minute train ride, with at least 3 trains per hour. One station away is Heidelberg, which is a larger town with multiple food outlets including Japanese, Indian and two upmarket restaurants with gaming facilities, Coles and Leo’s supermarkets and bottle shops
Buses are very close - the 903 buses go in a circle around Melbourne and stop at Northland or Doncaster shopping town.
There is a bus down Johnson Street to Collingwood, Brunswick, Carlton and city.
Bus 517 stop right outside our house and will take you to Northland or Greensborough and buses departing from Rosanna Station go to Eltham or Glenroy, via Preston and Coburg.
