This stunning and stylish home is located in a very special pocket of Sandringham once called Gypsy Way. A winding laneway leads you to all the best charming Sandringham has to offer with artisan food stores like Ludo, the multitude of shops in a lovely village setting, beautiful Sandy Beach only 800m and stunning parks like AJ Steel Reserve just 100m away.

It is beautifully furnished, cosy and light, wonderful for entertaining and spending hours relaxing in multiple living areas. If travelling with kids there's gorgeous Bamfield Playground a couple of doors down.

The location is ideal for beach lovers with all the beautiful beaches nearby. Sandringham beach is a very popular beach only 750 metres away and Half Moon Bay with the iconic ship wreck is a short distance to drive in Black Rock.

The coastal walk is a big attraction and you can wind your way along the coast in both directions to enjoy spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay and all the various yacht clubs along the way.

If you are a golfer look no further - you have the best public and private golf courses around. Private clubs include Royal Melbourne Golf Club, Victoria Golf Club, Kingston Heath Golf Club and public courses are Sandringham Golf Club.

Southland shopping centre is a 5 minute drive or bus ride away straight up Bay Road and offers many great options for fashion, homewares and lifestyle. Hampton Street is also walking distance with an amazing selection of food stores, cafes and a vibrant coffee and lunch scene.

If you enjoy bike riding, you have close access to beach road which is famous for it's bike riders

This home offers the best that Sandringham has to offer and this delightful bayside location still has great proximity to the city with the train station a 5 minute walk away and the train trip into the CBD of 20-25 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Property ! There were & of us and it was spacious and had enough rooms to accommodate all of us comfortably . KItchen was well equipped and all basic necessities were provided . Only thing was when were booked we read it had 3 bathrooms which was what we wanted as we were 3 couples with a kid . However it turned out to be a 2.5 bathroom . Hence it caused a bit of inconvenience . Since it wasnt such a long stay for us we managed . All in all , great place . Definitely highly recommended especially for families .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous property Our family stayed here over a two month period and were very impressed with the standard of facilities. Everything was provided, even down to an umbrella. The decking was a ideal spot for breakfast or pre-dinner nibbles. It is a great location with the park two houses away, the beach five minutes walk, and the train to the city and Sandringham village four minutes walk. Our hosts Peter and Kristina met us on arrival, familiarised us with the property and could not have been more helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely property. Quiet surrounding/neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandringham. The property is within a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops, eateries and the beach. The house is large enough for our family of 6 adults and 3 childr!e city and yet has all the amenities within each reach. Love it!
