Situated in a quiet residential street, the home also features a lovely outdoor deck with BBQ and seating for 6. This property is only 2 blocks away from the beach and a short stroll to Sandringham village and public transport. With no hidden pricing our rates include hotel quality linen and towels, unlimited Wi-Fi, Foxtel, car parking, a welcome-home pack including luxury Appelles guest amenities and departure clean.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location within walking distance to sailing club was fantastic for what we were after. Son flew in and so easy to get public transport to property. Beds comfy and HUGE. Facilities good. Deck pleasant. Double garage great to leave boat trailer and car each day. Location quiet and extremely close to shopping facilities eg Coles. Will DEFINITELY stay again. Puppy happy too""

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable Great property in a great location. Nice quiet street and walking distance to local shops and train. 10 minute walk to beach. Beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the private rear deck. Would stay again..

The location within walking distance to sailing club was fantastic for what we were after. Son flew in and so easy to get public transport to property. Walked to Train station to pick him up.
