Directly in front of Melbourne's beautiful Botanical Gardens, with views also of the Bay and just a 10-20 min. stroll to the Art Centre, Flinders Street Station, Southbank, Melbourne Casino and the centre of Melbourne, the apartment highlight is the location and views.

Additionally it is 50 metres 45 yards from a tram stop, which can take you to St.Kilda beach in a few minutes, or take it the other direction through the city central.

The bed is a 100 latex mattress, King Size bed. 100 latex is hypoallergenic, super comfortable and movement from one person in the bed is not felt in the slightest by the other.

The balcony has an outdoor furniture setting 2 chairs and table where you can sit and take in the sun set and views. The left side has views of the Botanical Gardens and the Shrine a building of remembrance for our fallen soldiers, and to the right side of Melbourne Bay. Waking to Garden and Ocean views, while being by the heart of the city, I find a unique and relaxing experience

Includes 1 secure under-cover car park parking in the same building at no additional cost, and use of the Gymnasium which incidentally also has views of the Botanical Gardens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent location and owner liaison! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and all the apartment had to offer. The location was great and everything was provided for a 4 night stay. Vern was a delight to deal with providing me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend this apartment and what a VIEW!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely apartment. We loved staying here. The apartment is clean and cozy and the balcony has a lovely view of the gardens. Location is great and so easy to jump on a tram and head into the city but also walking distance to great restaurants and the arts precinct. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good location near city center Apartment is in a good location, around 2klm from city center so walkable. Apartment is modern and adequately fitted out. Lovely views of the park and memorial. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with cleaners so the apartment was not clean when we arrived after a long haul flt from UK. We contacted the owner who informed us, after sometime, that cleaners would be in the next day as it was Sunday. We had no choice but to change the bedding and towels so as not to sleep in dirty linen. We also cleaned the apartment ourselves and emptied the bin as did not fancy using a bathroom or kitchen that was dirty. Owner refunded us for one day and we cancelled the cleaners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable in handy location This unit is in a very handy location for trams to access the city, St Kilda, the Arts Centre etc. The unit itself is very comfortable with a lovely view across the gardens and even a glimpse of the bay on a clear morning. The gardens across the road are great to explore and you can run or walk around the Tan if you like to exercise. The owner was very responsive to questions and good to deal with.
