Downstairs you will find 2 living zones with an exposed brick backdrop framing the feature staircase, a spacious and thoughtful meals area, an entertainer’s kitchen, powder room and euro laundry . There is a bricked courtyard located off the living area with planter boxes and a table and chair setting. This are doubles as the off street parking for 1 car, and offers access via a remote door.
Upstairs there is 3 generous bedrooms all with built in robes and air-conditioning/heating, a main bathroom with bath and shower and a roomy ensuite that accompanies the master bedroom.
Being in a city fringe location you will be able to live and breathe the hustle and bustle that such a location lends itself to, including Melbourne’s convenient tram system. Melbourne CBD is literally on your doorstep with Crown Casino being approx. a 5 minute tram ride. Walk to discover South Melbourne Market, St Alis Coffee (famous in this location), and so much more with DFO at South Wharf and the beaches of Port Melbourne being close by. Central Park is the perfect choice for the most fastidious of customers.
