This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment offers the perfect accommodation to a family of 4 or 2 couples, however Princess can be converted to also host 6 adults with the comfort of a brand new luxury double sofabed in the lounge

The 29th level communal area gives you access to facilities such as indoor TV/entertainment room, outdoor cinema, rooftop hot spas with city/water view, a Teppanyaki Grill/BBQ as well as private dining. Please respect these facilities by reading the terms and conditions in our house manual very carefully prior to entering.
Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Parking is free on Gladstone street on weekends. Unlimited parking is available nearby at Wilson Parking next to 87 Gladstone Street for $8.50 per day.
Meet and Greet
We employ an external Concierge service, who have worked with Rejuvenate Stays for many years in providing this service to our guests. They will greet you at the apartment on your arrival and provide a tour of the property and give you the keys for your stay.
Once advised by you we make a note of your desired arrival time however this time will also have to be confirmed with the Concierge directly. There is a $60 meet and greet fee already applied to your total booking cost covering arrivals between 3pm - 10pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after hours Concierge fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours Concierge fee.
Please notify our Concierge of any delays in advance at least 1 hour before scheduled arrival. Any delays not notified in advance may incur an additional $70 call out fee.
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.
Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
Pet Friendly- A $40 pet fee applies.
Please advise if you would like to bring your your other best friend. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg, no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. Please note there is no grassed area as it is a balcony. There are plenty of open spaces nearby as Port Melbourne Beach Street is a doggy central. Please ensure they are never in the bedrooms or up on furniture at any time.
You are required to bring your own pets bedding; a water and food bowl. Tenants should agree to keep their pets under control at all times, so that they don't disturb other neighbours. Guests are responsible for 100 of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Any pet hair found in the apartment will incur an immediate $150 deducted from your bond.
Please do not to leave pets unsupervised for an unreasonable period of time both inside and outside the home as they do become distressed and disturb other residents.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
