The apartment is newly refurbished for comfort with a distinct scandinavian feel. Guests have descibed feeling instantly relaxed and at home. The fully self contained kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining area for 4-6 people. There is a generous sized living space with a modern lounge suite and gorgeous spot to sit with a book and enjoy the view. The living space has a sliding door to a generous sized balcony. On the balcony there is a lovely spot to sit for breakfast, a drink, or to just enjoy the view.
The main bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed, built in wardrobe and a sliding door that opens to the balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds ( also super comfortable) and built in wardrobes. These beds may be joined together and presented as a king size bed.
The sofa in the lounge easily converts to a double bed.
Our apartment is perfectly located near the junction of Toorak Rd and Chapel St with trams, shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Direct access to a shopping plaza with Woolworths, Big W, fruit shop, bakery, chemist, newsagent and many other shops.
The South Yarra train station is 5 minutes walk and there is a near by park with some play facilities. The locally loved Prahran market is a short tram ride down Chapel St and is full of fresh produce and culinary delights. Catch a tram in the opposite direction to bargain shopping on Bridge road.
Th Yarra trail is within walking distance and leads to the beautiful botanical Gardens, MCG or into the city. The Rod Laver that hosts the Australian Open is a short train ride away.
