Open plan lounge / kitchen with very comfortable L-shaped couch, which converts to a long double bed, 46" HD flat screen Samsung TV with Foxtel. 4 seater dining table (extends to seat 6-8) and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need! Gas hotplates, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, Nespresso coffee machine, Twinnings tea and milk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great property and wonderful hosts Thanks to Katy & Ash for a wonderful stay, you make great hosts and added a personal touch to our stay. The apartment was in a great location, with great views and so close to the convention centre. There was 3 of staying in the apartment for a conference and there was plenty of room. Ash went out of his way to make it easy to collect the key and have access to the apartment. The attention to detail with the bag of goodies and the tea & coffee was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this property for location, comfort and value. Thanks Katy & Ash!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really good property The property is very well presented comfortable and all the creature comforts are provided to ensure you enjoy your stay ....for example coffee machine with pods and complimentary bag of treats .... it makes you feel right at home ...so close to the Crown complex , DFO and other major Melbourne sites thankyou I have no hesitation staying at you property again in the future .....! Thanks Ash & Katy..appreciated
