Executive Apartment - more spacious than most

Spoil yourself in this smart, modern and luxurious 2 bedroom plus study 3rd bed, 2 bathroom apartment in the exclusive Mantra private apartments overlooking Southbank and city views

Sleeping up to 6 our apartment is situated across the road from Southbank Shopping and Restaurant Complex, Eureka Tower and the Langham Hotel - virtually next door to the Arts Centre, Ballet School and the Concert Hall, 1 minute walk from the Promenade and 5 minutes walk from the CBD.

Walk to most of Melbourne's wonderful attractions, take a free iconic Melbourne tram around the CBD or use the Myki cards we supply to use the tram and train system no charge for the cards, you just pay for any trips

The lounge has two leather sofas, a bucket chair with reading light, LCD TV, DVD and CD.

Off the lounge are two sunny balconies - one with a Weber BBQ and both with city views - the west showcasing the sunsets and towards the east to the river and parks.


Reverse cycle heating and cooling together with ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure your year round comfort.


Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home incl. an espresso coffee and latte machine, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, full size fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.

You will also find all the condiments you would need to start cooking immediately.


The separate laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer and all associated items including eco friendly detergents.

There is an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym in the building and pool towels are supplied in the apartment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding location and facilities! We stayed at southbank apartment for 3 days with visitors from overseas. The location was outstanding and the view from the balcony is brilliant. Our car remained parked for the entire time as everything was easily within walking distance. The apartment is lovely and clean and warm, the amenities are fabulous and our kids absolutely loved the indoor pool which is massive! We are already planning to go back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property The property was just as described. The beds were comfortable, with beautiful linen. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate with all the mod cons. There was also breakfast - bacon, eggs, bread, butter and milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for me upon my arrival. Certainly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very nice property We wete warmly welcomed and made tofeel at home. We appreciated the use of the pantry which was stocked with spices etc. The apartment was well furnished and spotless and the use of the bed in the study very handy. We will be staying here again.
