Our Fantastic 1 bedroom fully self contained convenient apartment accommodation located on the 32nd floor of the iconic Southbank One building, located on the corner of City Road and Power Street, right in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant entertainment complex offers a light-filled space to call your own during your stay.

Sleeps 4 people comfortably, a Queen bed with superior mattress in the bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult in the lounge with option of additional bed for children if required. Also Portacot available for babies on request.

Includes fully equipped kitchen with luxurious composite stone bench tops and three bar stools, bathroom /Laundry with washing machine and separate dryer, floor to ceiling windows in living and bedroom areas, blackout curtains in main bedroom, built in stylish wardrobes, comfortably combined open plan lounge and dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, 32" LCD TV with Foxtel TV, DVD Player, tiled private balcony off the living area with stunning city views from the 32nd floor.

Fully secured electronic key activated building access with 7 day security staff and 24hour concierge service. Also equipped with free wireless WIFI internet broadband for your stay.

Note 004: All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so may incur a replacement fee per key and lock.

Note 005: Servicing, The apartment is completely self-contained with all linen and towelling provided. The apartment is serviced every 7 days from check-in. Should you require additional items or an additional servicing you will need to contact either Declan or Amanda and an extra fee will be payable for this service.

Note 006: "No Party Policy" - The Southbank One building is managed under a corporate body and enforce a "No Party Policy" whereby the Management of the building reserve the right to evict at any time, any guests who disturb the quiet enjoyment of others in the building.

Note 007: "Special Event Periods - Cancellation Policy & Deposit Requirements"

Cancellation Policy: For bookings confirmed for Special Events Periods see below for details of special events there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

For bookings during Special Events Periods where the booking is made less than 31 days prior to check in then full pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking is non-refundable.

Calculation of arrival is based upon a 2pm check-in time.

Deposit Requirements: For bookings over Special Events Periods where the check-in is MORE than 30 days away: the first night's accommodation tariff will be charged as a deposit refundable as per Cancellation Policy above and the full balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

For bookings over Special Events Periods where the check-in is LESS than 31 days away: Full pre-payment of accommodation will be charged on the day of the booking and the booking is non-refundable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great location and beautiful apparment Our stay was fantastic. Declan and his family where so easy to deal with and nothing was to much trouble. Instructions left to work everything. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was spotless. There is a full supermarket downstairs and restaurant/bar for coffe, a meal or drink. So central to Crown, transport, parks, Yarra & cbd. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great apartment! I stayed here for 5 nights in March. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything you need (except a hairdryer...so bring your own!) Views from the balcony were wonderful. The location was perfect near the South Bank restaurants. I could easily walk over to the CBD as well. There was a small food and wine store in the building as well which was convenient. Great apartment for your Melbourne stay!
