The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample closet space, and windows that display the wonders of the city. The second bedroom has two long single beds that can be pushed together to create a king size bed, if desired. This room also includes closet space and a view of the bustling city.
A baby cot is available for an additional $10/ night, though guests must bring their own linens for it.
For a quick shower or a relaxing bath, the apartment has 1 full shower, tub, and toilet, modern style bathroom.

This space is amazing in the morning. If you’d like a bit more privacy and darkness, the light filtering window shades can be drawn down quickly.
Sliding glass doors lead guests from the living area onto a beautiful outdoor balcony. The balcony runs the length of the living space and gives guests the opportunity to step out of the apartment for fresh air and a breathtaking view Melbourne’s blue skies.
Guests can be assured of complete privacy throughout their stay and will have access to the entire home. The apartment will be vacant upon arrival, as the space is intended for short-term rentals only. Please be sure to notify us of your planned arrival time so that an assigned representative can personally hand you the apartment keys and answer any questions you may have.
Guests in need of parking may request access to the 2 spaces we hold in the building behind the apartment. The spots are located in a secure garage and we pay $25/ day, per car to keep them.
Travellers have the option to store luggage in the nearby area if needed, prior to checking-in or after checking-out. Affordable luggage services and paid lockers are located just across the road on Spencer Street at the Southern Cross train station. These lockers cost anywhere from AU $10 to AU $16 for 24 hours of storage.
