The space:

This open, sun-filled Melbourne apartment is located within the Free Tram Zone, so guests can travel for FREE within the zone on the City Circle Tram

The apartment has been recently updated and provides guests with all sorts of comforts at home. Guests will be able to relax in a space that includes cozy accommodations, air conditioning, and wifi - among other amenities.


The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample closet space, and windows that display the wonders of the city. The second bedroom has two long single beds that can be pushed together to create a king size bed, if desired. This room also includes closet space and a view of the bustling city.

A baby cot is available for an additional $10/ night, though guests must bring their own linens for it.


For a quick shower or a relaxing bath, the apartment has 1 full shower, tub, and toilet, modern style bathroom.


The kitchen, dining room, and general living area are all connected in an open-concept setting.

The kitchen is small, but has more than enough space and amenities to prepare and serve a delicious meal on the days you succeed in pulling yourself away from the city.

Separating the kitchen from the rest of the living area, there’s a counter with bar stools to enjoy some drinks. Or, you could use the dining table and chairs just close by.

Right next to the bar counter is the living room - a sleek and modern space with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. Windows line the room, allowing for tons of sunlight to stream through. This space is amazing in the morning. If you’d like a bit more privacy and darkness, the light filtering window shades can be drawn down quickly.


Sliding glass doors lead guests from the living area onto a beautiful outdoor balcony. The balcony runs the length of the living space and gives guests the opportunity to step out of the apartment for fresh air and a breathtaking view Melbourne’s blue skies.

Guest Access

Guests can be assured of complete privacy throughout their stay and will have access to the entire home. The apartment will be vacant upon arrival, as the space is intended for short-term rentals only. Please be sure to notify us of your planned arrival time so that an assigned representative can personally hand you the apartment keys and answer any questions you may have.

Guests in need of parking may request access to the 2 spaces we hold in the building behind the apartment. The spots are located in a secure garage and we pay $25/ day, per car to keep them.

Travellers have the option to store luggage in the nearby area if needed, prior to checking-in or after checking-out. Affordable luggage services and paid lockers are located just across the road on Spencer Street at the Southern Cross train station. These lockers cost anywhere from AU $10 to AU $16 for 24 hours of storage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Average My family and I stayed here for two nights over the weekend. The location is fantastic, and the apartment was easy to access with good security. However, when we arrived at the property the concierge had forgotten the keys and escorted us to a near by foyer while he went to retrieve them. We were happy to wait as he said he would be back within 15 minutes - it took him over half an hour. Once we got into the apartment, there were dirty dishes in the sink from the last guest, mold in the shower drain and on bathroom tiles. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable; to the point where I slept on the sofa in attempt for a better night sleep. The rooms became very hot and stuffy in the middle of the night, and there was only one pedastool fan provided. Thankfully, the linen and towels were clean. The apartment is a good size for a short stay, but we did not find it accommodating for our family. The hygiene and comfort issues let it down. We would not stay again, and won't recommend to family and friends

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful appartment Beautiful apartment, perfect location, very secure and safe. Great management close to bars and shops. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be staying here again
