We require a minimum security bond of $900, which will be pre-authorised not charged to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure subject to damage check. For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00
Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.

First I need to compliment Chris , this was a very easy transaction and the followup email to make sure all was ok was appreciated . The location is excellent with its proximity to South Bank etc. A small supermarket next to the front door was very useful, The apartment was clean and well appointed , great to have the Foxtel and also reliable WIFI. beds comfy and pillows good too I often find pillows uncomfy
We were Grandparents travelling with our son and daughter in law and grandchildren 8 and 6 , we had plenty of room .Highly recommend it .

Entering into the apartment was better than what the photos had shown. The apartment was amazing with incredible views overlooking the Yarra river. With only a minute's walk to the casino, bars, and restaurants made this location so convenient without requiring a vehicle to access the attractions and CBD.
The apartment was spotless with good afternoon sun and stunning views which meant it was perfect to be able relax in the afternoon and evening. The rooms are nice and quiet with comfortable beds ensuring a good nice sleep.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Melbourne
