Tram #96 – St Kilda to Southern Cross Station (Skybus airport link bus departs from here direct to Tullamarine Airport). Tram then heads to Nicholson St, which is walking distance to the entertainment and shopping districts of Fitzroy and Collingwood. This tram also takes you directly to the South Melbourne Markets.
Tram #16 – St Kilda to City (onwards to Carlton). This tram takes you within walking distance of the famous night dining area of Lygon Street, Carlton. You can also connect to the #78 (prior to 7pm) on this tram at Chapel Street and make your way to Chapel Street for a day of shopping and great food.
Tram # 79 (after 7pm) takes you directly to Chapel Street if you feel like a drink at one of the many bars and clubs. Stops just prior to 1am but please check the metro timetable for up-to-date tram timetables or download the free app.
