Welcome to St Kilda and to this stately St Kilda mansion. The five-bedroom house is truly beautiful and in a stunning location. It features over 400 sqm of space and is bright, light and airy with heaps of room for up to 10 people to enjoy.
This is one of the best locations in St Kilda. You won't need a car (though there is off-street parking if you do drive). Acland Street is 2-3 minutes walk and the beach about 1km away, Fitzroy Street and Carlisle Street are an easy walk. The St Kilda Botanic Gardens are at your back door and it's only a short stroll to catch a tram to the city (no.96 and 16).
The fully furnished house has everything you will need for a short or long term stay, making it perfect for families, groups, girlfriend getaways and corporate relocations. Naturally, there is wifi.
Our guests have loved the house's size, the "wow" factor when entering for the first time and the surprisingly peaceful and luxuriously large rear garden.
You will love the grand spaces, the soaring ceilings and the mix of antiques and contemporary furniture. Hyrdonic heating and split system airconditioners complete the picture.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are five bedrooms:
- main king bedroom with ensuite (shower and spa bath) and WIR
- second king bedroom with ensuite (shower)
- 2 x queen bedrooms
- 1 x twin single bedroom
- main bathroom (with shower)
LIVING AREAS - There are four living areas: formal lounge; main living room (with seating for 10); Kitchen/dining with sofa; large undercover outdoor area with outdoor lounges.
KITCHEN/DINING - The cook's kitchen has everything you need including two large fridges. We also have three dining areas: informal dining in the kitchen (seats up to 10); formal dining room (seats up to 12 - or more by request); outside dining (we have seating for up to 16 outside).
OUTDOOR AREAS - The back garden was designed by Rick Eckersley Garden Design and features lots of lovely garden rooms. It is huge and a big surprise. Includes outdoor lounges, dining areas, large Weber gas BBQ (on mains gas so you will never run out), and a large fish pond.
OFF-STREET PARKING - There is off-street parking for two cars (three if the third is small) accessible via a remote control roller door.
EXTRA ACCOMMODATION - For large groups, a further six guests may be accommodated in a three-bedroom apartment next door to our house. We also have access to another two-bedroom apartment two doors away from our house (which can sleep up to six).
