Many local restaurants are just around the corner and there is a 24 hour 7/11 only a minute walk from the apartment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap, good location, a little run down A very decently priced place, it was all clean and good inside. There was no toilet paper when we arrived which would have been nice, even just one roll for when you first get it is very handy. Many of the electrical points inside didn't work, something I could have raised with management but due to short stay we made do using powerboards. The towel rail in the bathroom had already come out of the wall and then been placed back in - we put one towel on it and it collapsed so just be careful grabbing on to it. Linens and beds were all clean, the mattress do spring around a lot so if you roll over in the night you might wake up thinking you're falling out of bed! It's an old place, so there is a fair bit of mould in the bathroom but what can be clean had been cleaned. There is some construction happening right behind this unit so during the day there's quite a bit of building noise and a lot of rubble and dust outside. At night there is also a lot of noise from within the apartment building and next door neighbours - people arguing, kids screaming, guys making a lot of noise. I had my best earplugs but that wasn't enough some of the time. If you're a heavy sleeper you'll be fine. Also there are two locks on the door but only keys for one are provided. So be careful and don't try to lock it from the inside and then shut it because you won't be able to get back in. We got locked out this way and had to call Management to come over and let us back in which they did fairly quickly. Great that it's pet friendly, good courtyard space for our dog. Public transport is pretty accessible and you're close to the main street.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap and cheerful Clean and comfortable, this property does the job. Conveniently located, this property is relatively quiet, within walking distance of trains, trams and buses. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are easily found making our stay here pretty relaxed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Apartment!! We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable apartment. We were right around the corner from Carlisle st and its great shopping and food trams and trains. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Management was very helpful. Thank you!!
