Located in Middle Park, on ‘Melbourne’s Riviera’, Number One Florence Court is a heritage listed inner city, 2 storey, 3 bedroom Art Deco gem.

It has a beach, park, lake, shopping village and transport right at its doorstep. It’s self contained, sunny, stylish and all yours for a special short or long staycation.

The apartment is a heritage listed Art Deco classic with original period lights, fireplaces, lead light, cornice and timbers which has been decorated with a collection of period furniture and original artworks.

The three bedroom apartment easily sleeps five. It provides a stylish 'home away from home' for the short stay visitor or the seasoned traveler looking for something special.

The sunny, front two storey apartment has a garden outlook and is one of three in a unique block built in the mid 1930s.

With its own entrance, this fully self- contained apartment is more like a small, two storey house.

Downstairs is an entrance hall, sunny living room with flat screen TV and surround sound system, a separate dining room that comfortably seats six and a well equipped kitchen that offers complimentary Nespresso, teas and all the basics for a quick snack or in-house meal.

Upstairs is a large north facing main bedroom with stunning double leadlight doors opening on to a Romeo and Juliet balcony with city skyline views.

Number 1, Florence Court is located in Middle Park, a premier Melbourne suburb often referred to as 'Melbourne’s Riviera'. Only one mile long and half a mile wide, Middle Park is bordered by Melbourne’s famous tourist destinations of St.Kilda at one end and the historical Albert Park at the other.

Middle Park is located less than 4 kilometers from the city on Port Phillip Bay and lies between Middle Park beach and Albert Park with its scenic Albert Park Lake. Albert Park is Melbourne’s leading sport and recreational park and is the home of the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix held each year in March.

Middle Park is renowned for its wide tree lined streets, some of Melbourne’s best preserved Victorian and Edwardian architecture which are protected under strict heritage conservation, the notable absence of high rise and the tranquility from the absence of heavy traffic.

Victoria is known as the "Garden State" and Middle Park is one of its gems in the crown.The suburb is renown for its wide, tree lined trees and gardens full of flowers and a variety of birds.

Our host, Gary was wonderfully accommodating, the house itself exceeded our expectations and the location was ideal. The house was nicely appointed, well maintained, warm and very clean. We certainly will return when we need to visit Melbourne again. I highly recommend this lovely little house and our host.

The owners couldn't be nicer or more helpful; the apartment is stylish, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic. Everything you need and much more is provided. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely flat in a great location This delightful Art Deco flat in Middle Park was the ideal base for a week in Melbourne with family. It's a beautiful property, and the period furniture adds a stylish touch. The holiday house basics are all covered, with a well-stocked kitchen, a modern bathroom and all the entertainment options you'd be looking for. Gary and Jo were really lovely hosts, with some welcome gifts and lots of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We found Middle Park an excellent suburb to stay in, particularly as we were travelling with young children. It's a short tram to both the city and St Kilda, and there's plenty of nice walks along the bay or in local parks. The nearby shops are small but have everything you need, from a supermarket to great coffee and and excellent selection of takeaway restaurants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The B-E-S-T Dog friendly accommodation! We travel with our dog all the time and quite frankly the accommodation is usually a disappointment. Well not the "Middle Park Art Deco Gem". It was stylish, comfortable and in the most convenient location. Gary and Jo surpassed all of our expectations and really attended to our needs. They were brilliant with our dog Sassy (who made herself quite at home) which allowed us to relax and savor the experience of Melbourne. We honestly felt it was the BEST dog friendly accommodation we have EVER encountered and know we will be staying there again in the not to distant future. Thanks again Gary and Jo. Superb!

During the six days we were there we barely ever needed our car as we were walking distance to everything. Gary and his lovely family are extremely welcoming and offered lots of great advice on restaurants and things to do etc. Thanks for the great stay.
