Stunning, modern and bright 2 bedroom renovated home in the heart of St Kilda with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay.
The sunny private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining area is perfect in summer with sun until late into the evening OR relax inside with the huge open plan living space.
Inside there is a renovated entertainer's integrated kitchen with stone top island bench, integrated appliances all stylishly decorated and decked out with designer furniture.
In the living room you'll find a large comfy couch including a big flat-screen TV for a night in watching movies and an awesome Bose stereo with iPod capability.
The two large bedrooms are perfect places to unwind with plenty of space to store your things and make yourself at home during your stay. The beds are super comfortable with fresh, high quality linen.
The house is a picture perfect 1901 Victorian cottage however inside will surprise with vaulted ceilings, sky lights, open plan living with bi fold doors opening to the sunny and private decked courtyard.
We are pet friendly however this is on request only. We would love to welcome all pets however as there is not a large backyard this is suitable for smaller trained pets only. Any damage to be collected from bond.

The location is ideal with transport, shops and all that has to offer within a short walking distance but still on a peaceful street with a park across the road.
