Clarendon House is positioned at the tourist end of Acland Street. A spacious 2-bedroom plus study/nursery in a boutique art deco apartment block in the heart of St Kilda. Perfect for small families and super convenient - walking distance to trams, Acland St shops, beach and botanic gardens.
Our art deco apartment is modern with 11-foot high ceilings, 2 open fire places, timber floors and furnished with unique wood and industrial pieces. Both bedrooms are very spacious with large fitted wardrobes and double glazed windows. One has a queen bed and the other a single. Kitchen is compact but fitted with everything you need - fridges, modern appliances, dishwasher, quality cookware and utensils. Bathroom is extremely spacious with heated lamps and rain shower.
The apartment has reverse heating and cooling, washing machine, 46” flat screen with Apple TV and internet wifi. All linens are provided and basic amenities such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent.
There is also a private courtyard with BBQ and table/chairs for outside meals in the summer.
Parking permit can be provided for one street parking.
We have cots, high chair, baby bath, pram and toys.

We will be overseas during this period but will provide a local number of a family member who can help with any queries and will assist if required.
Nestled in one of St Kilda’s prettiest tree-lined street, our front building is opposite the St Kilda Botanic Gardens and our back door leads out to Acland Street. On Acland Street, you’ll find 2 supermarkets, plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, chemist and convenience stores. Walk 2 blocks and you’ll reach St Kilda beach and skate park.
You are literally only steps away from super tram 96 that goes straight into the city/CBD. Or you can walk 5 mins up to St Kilda Road with more tram options.
