Our 1920s apartment is perfect for you

Three large bedrooms, one with ensuite, a stunning light filled living room, dining room with a long solid timber table, new kitchen with Miele appliances and brand new bathrooms - this apartment is a wonderful place for a holiday or corporate stay. Period charm has been carefully preserved and blended with contemporary elements in a location just minutes away from Albert Park lake, Chapel Street and the beach.

The large rooms, all with richly grained wood floors, enjoy abundant light from the generous windows. The sizeable bedrooms, the main with ensuite, provide a sensous experience with Austrian tufted wool carpets under your feet, comfortable beds with luxurious linens and ample storage.

The apartment has a fully fitted out laundry, free Wifi, Smart TVs, Netflix account access, keyless entry and carparking are standard as are hydronic heating throughout, for those chilly Melbourne mornings, and centrally located A/C for summer.

House Rules:

Check in is 3pm unless by prior arrangement.

Check out is 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Up to six people can stay in this apartment, two in each bedroom.

No smoking, no pets and no loud activities - strictly no parties. Stiletto heels must not be worn inside.

When making a booking or an enquiry, please enter the total number of guests who will be staying at the property including children for the duration of the stay or any part thereof.

Please place all rubbish in the bins provided outside when you leave

Do not park in the driveway as access is required to the rear of the property at all times.

The apartment is for use by the listed guests only and not to be used for commercial purposes, public functions, photo shoots, clinics or any other purpose apart from accomodation unless by prior arrangement.

We love children and they are most welcome however we ask you to be mindful of the fact that this is an old building with wooden flooring. In particular children running up and down the hallway or jumping off furniture God forbid in the apartment can be quite noisy for the guests in the other apartment.

We also ask that all meals and snacks for children are taken in the kitchen and dining areas only.

A parking permit for street parking can be provided for use during your stay for additional parking if requested. Note that if the permit is accidentally removed from the property and not returned, a charge of $100 will be issued to cover the cost of replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish accommodation Conveniently appointed and walking distance to Chapel Street, St. Kilda where you can shop, eat, drink and play. Quiet location with street and on site parking. Refurbished in a stylish manner with neutral tones which are peaceful. Beds are very comfortable and are complemented by the quality sheets. Welcome food kit an added touch. Owner responsive at all times should you need to contact. Stayed a week in November for a family wedding and was most comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The hosts have thought of everything and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket that we enjoyed over our stay. The location was fantastic, we could be in the CBD in no time. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and beautiful. A quiet, tree-lined street. Comfortable and beautifully appointed house. Charming art works and clean crisp linen. Beds just divine. Timber floors and stunning mirrors. A basket of welcome goodies including yummy sour dough, granola, jam and Lindt chocolates and milk, eggs and juice in the fridge. What more could you ask for!
