The open-plan Miele/stone kitchen with bi-fold doors and windows to a north-facing backyard creates a superb sense of warmth and homeliness whilst sharing a meal with your favourite people. Making clever use of the layout, a fitted home office sits between the two living zones. A big dividing wall closes off the rooms for privacy- one wall with a large chalk board for kids and adults to enjoy.

This stunning home which sleeps up to 7 guests also features hydronic heating, reverse-cycle air conditioners, lightly toned polished floorboards in the entry and living room. The Juliet balcony off the master bedroom filters in cool sea breezes on balmy summers days and nights. Quiet cul-de-sac location near trams, buses, shopping strips.

A newly renovated Miele/stone kitchen with gas stove and oven, Miele dishwasher, Panasonic microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, brand new Fisher and Pykell double refrigerator and ample pantry storage space. 8 seater dining table, heating and air-conditioning throughout except in bedrooms 2 and 3, ceiling fans, washing machine, clothes dryer rack, iron and ironing board. 50’inch Panasonic flat screen TV, Foxtel, Play Station 4, Stereo/IPOD connector cord to amplifier, games and free Wi-Fi. Large enclosed outdoor entertaining deck area with 6 seater setting, fold away outdoor umbrella, 6 burner BBQ and fold away clothes line. Schwinn Spin exercise bike and Elliptical trainer located in the back exercise room for guest use. Parking provided for 2 vehicles in the carport.

Meet and Greet

Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment to give you access. If you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply. Please enquire. Full details will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed and fully paid for.

After hours Concierge fees are as follows:

6pm – 9pm $60

9pm – 12am $90

After midnight $100

Any delays not notified in advance at least 3 hours before scheduled arrival will incur an additional $60 call out fee.

Security Deposit

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
