This light filled 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect space to relax and feel at home. There are 2 decent sized bedrooms with built in robes, the master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed and trundle. The bathroom features both bath and shower with a separate toilet as well as washer and dryer for your convenience. The recently renovated kitchen is a real pleasure to cook in and there is even space to enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar. We provide ample cookware as well as a rice cooker. Once the cooking is done, the new dishwasher can take care of all the dirty dishes so you can concentrate on having a good time.
The lounge/dining area opens onto a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a book in the sun. We provide access to Netflix at the click of a button as well as all the standard Melbourne television channels on our Smart TV.
In the bathroom we have provide a front loader washer and dryer for your convenience along with all the amenities that you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There is a separate bath and shower and an adjoining separate toilet.
All linen and bedding is provided, for long term guests we require mid stay cleans and linen changes.
Easy to follow user instructions for all our appliances is in the house manual in the apartment.

Our interaction with guests is minimal. We have provided information about the area we live in, places we like to eat and drink, and how to navigate the apartment. We are more than willing to personalise and cater to your needs as possible but all in all we like to give our guests space and freedom to explore and discover as they choose.
Other things to note
This is a strictly no smoking apartment, an ashtray is provided on the balcony for your convenience. Please ensure that no cigarette butts are left on the balcony or thrown off the side.
We have ample unrestricted on-street parking.
St Kilda west is an inner city suburb of quiet, wide leafy streets. It is close enough to St Kilda to ensure constant excitement, yet far away enough to ensure tranquillity. The beach and lake are a stones throw away, which adds to the holiday feel of this suburb. With the South Melbourne market only down the road the weekend buzz is alive in this beautiful little slice of paradise. With a number of parks close by, this suburb really is family friendly.
Connections via trams is endless, the 96 Light rail will have you in the CBD in 12 minutes and the 12 tram will take you through the city to trendy Northside of the city. If St Kilda Road trams are of more interest there is the 3 and 16 only a short stroll away.
