No smoking, no pets and no loud activities - strictly no parties. Stiletto heels must not be worn inside.
When making a booking or an enquiry, please enter the total number of guests who will be staying at the property including children for the duration of the stay or any part thereof.
Please place all rubbish in the bins provided outside when you leave
Do not park in the driveway as access is required to the rear of the property at all times.
The apartment is for use by the listed guests only and not to be used for commercial purposes, public functions, photo shoots, clinics or any other purpose apart from accomodation unless by prior arrangement.

We love children and they are most welcome however we ask you to be mindful of the fact that this is an old building with wooden flooring. In particular children running up and down the hallway or jumping off furniture God forbid in the apartment can be quite noisy for the guests in the other apartment.
We also ask that all meals and snacks for children are taken in the kitchen and dining areas only.
A parking permit for street parking can be provided for use during your stay for additional parking if requested. Note that if the permit is accidentally removed from the property and not returned, a charge of $100 will be issued to cover the cost of replacement.
