Three spacious bedrooms two with comfy queen-size beds and the third with a futon double bed, a large open plan lounge/dining area with big outdoor balcony, renovated kitchen with all the mod cons, and a big bathroom with separate toilet makes this apartment perfect for executive accommodation, friends, families or couples. There’s also a free dedicated parking bay, plus access to visitor parking if your party has more than one car.
Even though the apartment is right on Chapel St, brick walls and concrete floors isolate it wonderfully from the hustle and bustle outside. All bedrooms have comfy beds with four pillows and cozy doonas, thick drapes to block out the light, and built-in robes with plenty of coat hangers and a full length mirror.
The dining table in the large living area easily seats six, and expands if you have unexpected guests.
There’s a leather couch in the lounge, Sony flat-screen TV and DVD player, along with WiFi internet access, and a huge selection of DVDs. We’ve also provided a bluetooth speaker so you can take your music around the apartment if you want, and even onto the balcony But please respect other apartments by not playing music outside after 11pm :-
The large kitchen has everything you need From platters and cheese boards for antipasto to saucepans and salad bowls, wine and cocktail glasses, and plenty of plates and cutlery for dining in. Our large new fridge/freezer includes an ice maker, and there’s a dishwasher to ensure you’re out of the kitchen as much as possible
And of course we supply basics like coffee and a selection of tea, milk, butter, eggs, bacon, sauces, etc, and cooking staples like salt and pepper, and oil.
The huge bathroom has a separate shower and full-size bath-tub, and is separate to the toilet. The laundry includes a washing machine, and there’s an ironing board and iron in the hall cupboard if you need.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment, and the security car park underneath please use Bay 1 or the Visitor spots only.

Our apartment is on Chapel Street on the border of St Kilda and Windsor. The Windsor end of Chapel Street is known for its uber cool bars and new and funky restaurants, not to mention the iconic old-school Astor Theatre which plays a double-feature every night
Keep walking down Chapel Street and you have plenty of clothes shopping options, more bars and more restaraunts. Or take some time out and see a movie at Village Cinemas in Jam Factory or Palace Cinemas in the Como Centre.
Walk a little further and you can visit the sweet studio of celebrity guest from Masterchef and author Darren Purchese at Burch & Purchese and pick yourself up a decadent and delicious treat for dessert.
Only 10 minutes walk from our apartment is the Prahran Market, in the heart of Prahran. Known for its incredible selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, the market is also a great place to settle in for a bite and get a unique cheese toastie from Maker and Monger or best of the best coffee from Market Lane coffee.
Just the other side of Prahran Market is Greville St, another of Melbourne's incredible 'destination' streets.
Our apartment is also about a 10 minute stroll to St Kilda's iconic Acland Street which boasts eclectic bars, cafe's and street performers Another 5 minute walk and you are sinking your feet into the sand of St Kilda Beach.
Also in the St Kilda direction is Fitzroy Street. Pop in and out of several wine bars, cafes and clubs. This is a great place to go out for a few drinks.
This apartment is so well located you can walk everywhere if you choose. Otherwise you are on a main road which is very easy for picking up a taxi or ordering an uber.
Public transport is right on your doorstep. The number 78 tram stops out the front of the apartment. Heading to the CBD? It's only 6km from you. You can walk less than 5 minutes to Windsor station and get on the train and be in the city in just 4 stops Alternatively get on the tram from Dandenong Road and be in the city at Flinders Street in 20 minutes.
