Cozy, chic and eternally comfortable, Zuki House is nestled within lush and green sub-tropical gardens. The home is full of character, wth a blend of modern and vintage charm. Zuki House boasts tasteful and artistic furnishings while retaining the style of a creative Melbourne home giving a true ‘north’ experience.

The home features original art work in every room of the house together with detailed styling of designer textiles and decoration.

This spacious 3-bedroom, double fronted Victorian, has soaring high ceilings, abundant windows and perfect little pockets of space throughout, offering endless nooks and alcoves ideal for curling up with a book and relaxing in a secluded haven whilst being so close to all the action.

Fully enclosed and fenced, Zuki House is a private retreat for both guests and their prized pooches, being pet friendly and within short walking distance to numerous dog friendly parks. The high 2 meter front fence offers the highest security and allows children to enjoy the front and back space in a private setting with a tree swing and outdoor chalk board for entertainment.

THE SPACE:

Maximizing every corner of the Victorian home, the inviting living space offers separate relaxation zones, perfect for guests to stretch out and de-stress in their own individual space.

The first lounge area offers a cinema vibe with wall mounted flat screen TV, a huge leather 5 seater lounge, large french doors leading to an outside veranda and an open fire place to enjoy a cozy night in.

The second living area is apart of an extensive open plan kitchen and dinning space leading to a paved courtyard garden.

The fully functional kitchen is bright, airy and sunshine-filled, with crisp white cabinetry all overlooking the open plan living, leading to the leafy outdoors. Stainless steel appliances make cooking a breeze and breakfast bar seating offers a casual dining and entertaining space. 

The oversized french style bathroom includes a bode and large spa bath together with european laundry.

The house has three spacious bedrooms, two with leafy garden views and the romantic master bedroom features a high hanging mosquito net and has double french doors leading to its own private sunny courtyard.

Open up the back door from the living space and step out to a timber deck and entertainers paved courtyard with BBQ, outdoor dinning and seperate seating area. Homely features include a wrap around veranda which creates multiple outdoor spaces for you to enjoy and a front yard with green grass ideal or summer picnics and children to play.

 - We travel a lot with work however when we are based in Melbourne, this is our home so although have it professionally cleaned and reset for your use we do have some personal belongings throughout the house.

GETTING AROUND

Tram

The nearest tram line is on your door step and leads to Melboune’s famous Brunswick St in Fitzroy within only 10 minutes, and is also a direct tram to the heart of the city.

Train

Thornbury Train Station is only 5 minute walk away.

You can walk to Thornbury's High St shops and cafe culture in minutes and a 10 minute walk to Northcote's famous High St.

Car

- Although Zuki house doesn’t have off street parking, there is always parking available directly out the front of the house with no time restrictions or parking fees.
