From the time you arrive until the time you depart you will be totally spoilt with all the great features this house has to offer including a modern lounge room with 50" LCD TV, DVD & Blue Ray player and Foxtel is also available.
The spacious open plan Dining room/living area comprises a wall mounted 55" LCD TV and a study/computer desk and chair for the corporate guest, CD player with surround sound throughout the house.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cook top, electric fan forced oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The cupboards are well stocked with all electric appliances, crockery, cutlery, salad bowls, BBQ utensils and a few basic grocery items to get you started such as tea, coffee and sugar and milk and biscuits in the fridge.
The laundry has a large Maytag washing machine with laundry powder supplied and loads of cupboard space for extra storage which houses the vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket for the conscientious cleaner.
The ducted reverse cycle air conditioning works like a treat in our extreme weather conditions with ceiling fans a dominant necessity throughout the house.

The master suite has a king size pillow top bed with ensuite and a large walk in robe with plenty of hanging space and drawers. A 30" LCD TV is also a feature in this room.
The second and third bedrooms consist each of a queen pillow top bed, built in robes and both these rooms are adjacent to the second bathroom.
Full bedding including electric blankets, linen, doonas and towels are provided for your stay.
Alfresco dining in the outdoor covered courtyard is a must and you can certainly spend your time enjoying our wonderful balmy days and nights outdoors whilst barbecuing, wining and dining. The comfortable outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and greenery are inviting features when you approach the courtyard from the living room.
A double lock up remote controlled garage leads into the house and also out to the back private courtyard area.
