There is a strict no party policy as this property is located within a quiet residential area - if you are planning a party this is not the property for you. Young single sex groups, footy/netball trips and large groups aged 28 and under are not accommodated at this property.

Rates range from $240 to $350 AUD Australian Dollars for 2 people. Extra adult $50. Extra Child $30. A child is 2- 17 years. Peak times higher rates apply.
Standard Arrival Time 14.00. Departure Time 10.00. We are flexible with these times if the property is not booked either side.
Strictly no pets. This is a quiet residential area - if you are planning a party this is not the property for you.
