The kitchen leads into an open plan dining/living area. This area contains a 10 seat timber dining table, bar area with separate under bench drinks fridge, beautifully appointed lounge room with gas log fire, 60 inch flatscreen television and DVD player.
The oversized couch in the main living area is the perfect spot to relax indoors. It is a truly tranquil space ideal for taking in a magazine, movie or the ultimate afternoon nap
The main lounge opens onto a large balcony. The balcony is appointed with sun lounges, outdoor entertaining furniture, large hooded barbeque, shade shelter and a luxurious white 6 seat signature spa. The spa is heated prior to your arrival and contains light settings making it a delightful way to end a day on the river.
The second living area is a glass-fronted space with sliding doors to an additional balcony. This room contains an oversized couch, 60 inch flatscreen television, DVD player and a vintage arcade game. The living areas are well spaced from each other meaning both can be used to watch movies simultaneously.
The bedroom configurations are as follows:
1: King bedroom downstairs with river views, wall mounted television, walk in robe, adjoining full sized bathroom;

The air conditioning and heating to the home is delivered via separate reverse cycle units in each of the bedrooms and both of the living areas. This means guests can choose separate temperatures per room to ensure maximum comfort.
The property is fronted by a large lawn area and is a short 60 metre stroll to the riverbank and a short stroll in the other direction to the shared resort style swimming pool, tennis court and the Deep Creek Marina Hotel TAB, meals, friendly faces.
The public boat ramp is easily accessible, and speedboats can be moored directly in front of the property on community land.
Parking is available on site for 4 vehicles. Additional car parking is available in the overflow carpark which is a short walking distance from the property. Under no circumstances are vehicles to be parked on the lawns due to in ground sprinkler systems and to preserve the amenity of the area.
The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 people.
