No 5 Connelly is a gorgeous renovated period cottage near the Port of Echuca. The home boasts one of the best addresses in town - only 300m walk to the centre of Echuca's eating and shopping district.

Behind its charming exterior are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and spacious kitchen and dining.

Bedroom 4 – Double and single bunk

The property sleeps 9, with the option of one roll away for a 10th guest.

The home is styled to perfection, enjoying a mix of both modern and period features. In Winter, the cosy log fire is perfect for chilly nights with a glass of red.

Outside you will find an undercover dining area with BBQ and yard. There is room for two vehicles to park off street in the double garage.

This home is perfect for two families, a friends' getaway or couples wanting to escape for the weekend.

5 Connelly is in a private and quiet neighborhood. If you are under 30 years old DO NOT instant book this property without contacting us directly first.

5 Connelly has a strict no noise, no party and no visiting guests policy. Do not enquire for this home if you think this might be you.

We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic House. Perfect Location. Three couples enjoyed our stay very much. This house has it all as far as space and everything that opens and shuts. Two living areas with TVs and Music plus undercover for outdoor entertaining. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal. Best of all its walking distance to everything Echuca has to offer. Can't wait to return in summer with boat ramps 2,10 and 15 minutes away. Congratulations Guys Fantastic House.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Old charm and modern comforts This beautiful period home was the perfect place to stay for two families. The floorplan was perfect for managing little kids as the bedrooms were at the front of the house and the lounge area was at the other end, meaning the little ones weren't disturbed by noise. Fantastic amenities including modern kitchen and bathrooms as well as a secure double garage and private garden. Everything was walking distance from the house too - couldn't have asked for a better location. Echuca Holiday Homes provided a fantastic supportive service, always looking for feedback and looking for ways to enhance our holiday experience. Would recommend and would return.
