The washing machine is tucked away in a kitchen cupboard. The dining area comfortably seats six. And the lounge also has ample seating, spread out and unwind, there’s also plenty of snuggle blankets. Kick back and relax with a selection of games, books, magazines, DVDs & CDs. Gas heating and evaporative cooling will keep you comfy.
Due to the steep stairs and the open railing on the mezzanine level, this property is not suitable for young children. This may also be a problem for the elderly.
Dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement only, but unfortunately, they can't stay inside sorry, Pooch. You’re only permitted in the outside fully fenced courtyard areas. A pet bond of $200 is required per booking. At the time of booking/enquiry please state the number and breed of dogs, so we can ensure the space is suitable. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s and for any damage they may cause.
Enjoy the morning sun with the paper and a coffee in the east facing garden courtyard. The rear courtyard also has outdoor dining, surrounded by lovely magnolias, and gardenias. Enjoy the magnificent scent, when they're in bloom. The BBQ is on natural gas, so no running out of gas when you're cooking.
The large first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a king single trundle, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Enjoy the quality Canningvale pure cotton 1000 thread count bed linen, and the large white fluffy bath sheets. All linen is supplied. The second bedroom has a TV/DVD player. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, deep bath and toilet, while downstairs has a separate toilet/powder room.
We're located between two no through roads, so it's lovely and quiet. The parking is off street, and guest parking is at the rear of the block, with access via Henry Street. There is no vehicle access through the block, so no traffic noises to get you out of the zone.
We welcome enquiries for corporate rentals, for short or extended stays. These rates are negotiable based on the number of guests, the time of year and length of stay.

Minimum 3 night stay for Southern 80, along with a $500 bond. Minimum 4 night stay for Easter, Melbourne Cup weekend, & the Winter Blues Festival. Minimum 7 night stay between Christmas and New Year.
Riverboats Music Festival, & the Winter Blues Festival, pricing is based on up to 4 guests. Please ignore the extra charges added to these weekends, as there is no setting yet to override. When booking for these weekends, please only select 2 guests, then pricing will be correct.
