Pool and BBQ area, within pool times 9am-9pm. Private access to upstairs. No access downstairs where host lives, apart from entering property to gain access to stairs. Only access to rooms paid for eg. 2 guests = 1 room 3 guests = 2 rooms 5 guests = 3 rooms Base price is for two people/1 room, $50 per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. As you'll have private access to upstairs, it's completely up to you how much interaction we'll have. We will provide you with a very personalised and professional service. Depending on your needs we can offer you as much or as little assistance as you require.
We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. You’ll be greeted to a cool air-conditioned or toasty warm home on arrival, where we will explain the property, and answer any questions you may have. There's also a folder with brochures, tourist guides and discounts if you need any further information.
