Enjoy your stay in the heart of Nagambie. Less than a 5 minute stroll to Lake Nagambie and shops. Centrally located to local wineries, of Michelton, Tabilk and Fowles. Visit historic places such as Avenel, Murchison and Seymour.

Feel right at home in this newly refurbished 1950's solid red brick home with 3 spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with double bunk bed. Tastefully decorated throughout with large lounge, kitchen and meals area, secure pet friendly back yard.

Centrally located this house has easy access to everything this great area has to offer. Easy walk to Lake Nagambie or the Goulburn River for skiing, boating, rowing or fishing. Check out the new "Black Caviar" statute, local markets or antique & 2nd hand shops.

Enjoy a family and pet-friendly stay only 1.5 hours north of Melbourne. "222 High" offers a getaway with a difference in this beautiful part of central Victoria.

Kitchen, dining & family. Fully equipped kitchen with oven & cooktop, old style conbustion stove, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. Dining table to seat 6 and large comfy lounges. TV, DVD. Wood heater & reverse cycle air conditioning.

Full laundry with washing machine & dryer.

Large under cover outdoor area with ceiling fan, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A fully fenced rear yard perfect for the kids or the pets with lawn area. Plenty of off Street parking. Room for the boat to be secured in the rear yard behind gates.

Sorry no bucks or hens nights allowed. Definitely no parties.

There is always something to see and do in the Nagambie Lakes area. Check out the local Tourism Centre for more information. Go to nagambielakestourism

Try a drive to nearby Noorilim Estate in Murchison to view the magnificent historic mansion built in 1879, vineyard and botanic gardens.

Visit Tahbilk Winery and Wetlands Cafe. Experience Australias oldest family owned winery and continue onto the newly refurbished Mitchelton winery, providing sweeping views of the Goulburn River.

You could take the Goulburn Explorer tour boat for a ride to Tahbilk and Mitchelton or go on the night tour and see the Goulburn under lights.

Try one of the districts best wood fired pizzas at Bank Street Wood Fired Pizza & Gardens in neighbouring Avenel, browse Gadds Olde store and sample some of Scotts aged meats at the Avenel Butchers Shop for the BBQ.

Fowles Wines does an excellent midday meal, with their renowned Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch wines.

Make sure you put a boat or canoe on the lake and tour the Goulburn River and scenic lagoons. You can use your own or hire locally.

Have lunch at the White Hart hotel in Longwood. Drive up to the Ruffy store for meals made from local produce. Come home with a scenic drive via: Nolans Rd, then left onto Ponkeen Rd and finally over the hill on the Wickett Hill Rd.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Property A perfect property, very nicely renovated and appointed, with everything you need. Great, secure backyard for our dog, and the owners are very responsive and friendly. We loved the house which is a short walk to the shops and lake. Will definitely book again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 222 High - Nagambie Lakes - a fantastic property. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at 222 High - Nagambie. Beautiful town, beautiful house. A great renovation has been done recently. The interior design is lovely and the styling superb. Everything we required and more was supplied. The house was so warm and comfortable with air-con and wood burner. The atmosphere was delightful. The beautiful garden enhanced the propery and the enclosed back garden with BBQ, outdoor furniture and firepit was perfect for our 2 little white fluff balls who travel with us. Pet friendly is awesome. Games, magazines, books & toys make this the perfect place for a couple, friends, a family & well behaved pets. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Our hosts, although we did not meet them, welcomed us and made our stay feel more personal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful house & great loaction Amazing house, warm, cozy & homely. Very well kept and clean. It is furnished beautifully with lovely bedding and linen. Within easy walking distance to the lake, IGA and local shops. The backyard was brilliant for relaxing and having a BBQ. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for sharing their lovely home with us. Highly recommend and found it very hard to leave.
