To secure a booking, a deposit is required within 7 days equal to the first night tariff
Full payment is due 4 weeks prior.
A security bond payment is due 4 days prior to your arrival, and is returned within 3 working days after your departure.
Bookings cannot be made without a valid phone number and a current drivers license.
We work on a 24hr rental period min 2 nights - if you arrive at 9pm Friday night, we will let you stay until 9pm Sunday night. Please note: Check out times are dependent on the arrival times of the next guests.
