Large expanses of deck surround the home perfect for entertaining and with so much to see from the high upper level deck including glimpses of the ocean.
The home also offers a double carport and low maintenance surrounds, concrete driveway and two large water tanks.

The upstairs open plan living area has a coonara style wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioner, flat screen TV, Radio/CD Player (connected to the TV for good sound), well appointed kitchen, 8 seat dining table, large walk around outdoor decking and 4 seat outdoor setting.

** Note that the bunk beds are not suitable for large adults >90kg.
** Please also note that No Pets and No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the property including the garden and surrounds.
There is reverse cycle ducted airconditioning and heating downstairs.
The large downstairs deck is protected from rain and has a 8 person outdoor table for your convenience.
Please note that access to the lock-up garage is not permitted however there is more than enough space for undercover parking for 2 cars or car and boat under the roofed carport. Additional cars can be accommodated outside the front of the property.
Feel free to clip some basil, strawberries, snow-peas, spring onions or whatever else may be growing in the greenhouse and tubs for your meals (depending on season). There is also an apple and lemon tree but please make sure to leave enough for the next guests. Note that the hose across the driveway is for the automatic greenhouse watering system so please do not disconnect it.
Please provide your own bed sheets (fitted and flat) and bathroom and beach towels. Bathroom mats, tea towels, pillows and doonas complete with covers are provided for your convenience.
For an additional $25 per person per stay all linen can be provided.
Check-in is anytime from 2:00pm onwards and Check-out must be by 11:00am.
All Bookings are charged a $500 Security Deposit (additional to accommodation charge) that will be refunded after inspection by the owners within 3 days of departure provided there is no damage or theft.
There is also a mandatory cleaning fee of $75 per stay.
